Educational Opportunities

Our “made to order” Lunch Your Way educational visits to area practices provide practices with an opportunity to share lunch with the specialist of their choice to discuss favorite topics or to seek expert advice on specific challenging cases. In addition to the speaker, we will provide lunch for your staff members who attend. There is no fee for these lunch meetings. There is no minimum or maximum enrollment size. Groups as small as 2-3 are eligible to participate, so please do not hesitate to take advantage of this exciting new program!

If your practice has received a Lunch Your Way Registration Form in the mail, just complete it and fax it to us at: (860) 704-0344. Once your form has been received, our Lunch Your Way Coordinator will contact you to schedule your first program. If you need a form, or would like additional information you may use the contact form below or call the Lunch Your Way Coordinator at: (860)-347-8387.
